We've been in  our new home since December of 2008, and we're still in awe of how great it all  turned out. We love it! During the  construction process, they provided excellent ideas and consultation as well as  advised where our money would not be as well spent. In 2003, we  built a home in Ohio and thought our first builder was excellent based  on their sound construction and honest work ethic. Our experience with Friddle  and Company, however, has far surpassed that - due to their creative  consultation and 'high quality for less' approach on top of sound construction  and honesty. What has become crystal clear through the building process is that  they have provided extreme value for the price. Michael's home  inspection background assures the structural integrity of your home and he is  constantly attuned to and researching new products and building techniques. His  continual incorporation of these improvements, particularly those relating to  energy efficiency, assure that his next home will be better than his last. Our  experience has been that he only knows one way: the right way, even  though a lot of these improvements are unseen and narrow his margin.

With Friddle and Company, the  principals are on site daily, and not just for short visits. We've observed  first hand the excellent working relationships they have with their  sub-contractors. Additionally, Michael and Paige have closely communicated with  us as the project has gone along. They've been available to take our every call  and been generous with the time they've spent with us as our home has taken  shape.
