Absolutely, we welcome the opportunity to work with any architect’s plans. If you already have your plans completed, call and we will gladly set an appointment to meet with you and discuss. If you are currently in the plan development phase, we encourage you to get us involved early so we can work with you and the architect to advise on design and budget.
So many factors go into the schedule of designing and building a home that it is difficult to give a blanket schedule to cover all projects. These factors include complexity of the design, permitting process, size of the home, level of finishes, and even Mother Nature. Our average build time is approximately 10-12 months from breaking ground to the completion of the home. Keep in mind, a customer who is prepared and really knows what he or she wants can decrease the amount of time it takes to design and build a home.

This is a frequently asked question by clients who are trying to budget for their project. Unfortunately it is not an easy question to answer because our projects are as unique as our clients. Lot cost, plan details, client specifications, etc., determine the exact cost.
Many of the details we include in our homes are considered “upgrades” with other builders. If you have visited one of our Parade of Homes’ homes, then you have seen our "standard." We customize each client’s home with the features and specifications requested to suit his or her taste and budget.
